How does MoldGuardian™ work?
We create a moisture barrier that both prevents mold growth and prevents existing mold from leaving the surface. Tested by the best pharma scientists, chemists, microbiologists, toxicologists and facilities directors, our formula is made from natural, non-toxic ingredients that are safe for use in pharmaceutical, biotech, food storage, office and hotel environments. How long does the protection last after application?
MoldGuardian Last at least one year on all hard surfaces. This is provided that no harsh chemicals such as oxidizers, bleach or hard scrubbing are used on the surface that would neutralize or remove it. Regular cleaning is OK. Any questions, please email us.
What methods can be used to apply MoldGuardian™?
The most common method is to purchase a 1GALLON hand held pump sprayer with a long nozzle. Set the nozzle on fine mist. Simply missed the product onto the surface until it is wet, but not dripping wet. It may also be wiped on mopped or fogged.
Can MoldGuardian™ be used on materials like rubber, wood, or cardboard?
Yes. Our formula is made from natural, non-toxic ingredients. Do not saturate cardboard. Again, simply missed the surfaces until they wet but not dripping wet. MoldGuardian dries as fast as water, usually dries within one hour depending on the humidity in the room or area of the country it is being used.
